Redesigned an old OC, Kohaku. Also got a new iPad Pro, so gave Procreate a shot. This was the first drawing I did, and I was testing out a lot of things with this one. Simple cell shading because I didn’t really understand the program that well lol.

Continuing my personified candy series, I’ve designed a character based off of the chocolate-strawberry candies created by the brand Meiji.

Overall, her design centers around the colors of the candy itself (pink and brown), and her personality would be sweet and innocent. I based the shape of her dress on the shape of the candy itself, which is very triangular.

Her hair reminds me of truffles, which are another kind of chocolate.

I’m very pleased with her design, honesrly. Which candy would you like me to personify next?
