The Singles Family, 3 generations later! 🎀
in my save file, Chloe is the oldest premade sim in Strangetown, so here we are starting with the Singles family.
Chloe is the only living sim from the girl group (the others belong to other families in my playthrough so we will meet them later). She lived a WILD life to say the least (she's a bit of a personal favourite shhh). She lived together with the other girlies till they all moved out, she then got a condo on her own and became short of the Don Lothario of Strangetown. Only the female and more fun version of him 🍒😉
While playing her, I discovered a soft and introverted side to her (she's also a cancer🫧). While the other Singles (Lola, Erin, Kristen) where getting married or having kids, she was doing her own thing. I loved finding out that her hobby was nature. After a wild night out, she would wake up, water her flowers and take care of her veggies. She did also have many lovers, but there was one that seemed to understand her more that most.
Insert Ripp Grunt. Their chemistry was very intense from the beginning. The would on and off see each other (ripp was also going through a Don Lothario phase) and at some point they were in an open relationship. Or at least she thought, because weeeell, one of Chloe's many lovers ended up also being Tank. Ouch. They were both drunk if that helps. Also Tank was married to Kristen soooo, things got weird. Long story short, Ripp realized that maybe, he didn't like sharing Chloe and maaybe she was the one for him, and maybe she felt the same. He confessed his love and Chloe finally thought that maybe she has destroyed many families (she also slept with 2 of the Curious brothers, guess who), but maybe she could create one of her own (yes, her secondary aspiration was family!) Insert Dylan Singles🍬
Well, Dylan end up looking like Ripp, only in Chloe colours. He's a slob, very outgoing and active, a Gemini aaand you guessed it, has the romance aspiration! He's very messy with relationships and ended up braking his teenage crush's heart, only to be jealous of the guy she ended up with (typical romance sims). He then went on a Don Lothario spree during uni till he met Ally Pons.
It is ironic because, history seems to repeat itself. Ripp ended up with and an older woman Chloe, and Dylan also fell madly in love for the first time, with an older woman Allyn. It seems that those broken Grunt boys, all they just wanted was a mommy. (we will come back to Allyn, because she's also a romance sim and has a child already)
Funnily enough, Chloe and Allyn are good friends, so it was hilarious having them all hang out with Dylan being basically a child around them.
Last time in my playthrough, Dylan graduated from uni and a few days later Chloe passed away. She was surrounded by friends and family, her aspiration was golden, so it is safe to say she had a good sim life. Now it's just Dylan...
(ah! i also forgot to mention that ripp and chloe ended up getting married shortly after she gave birth to Dylan, they divorsed while Dylan was a teenager and soon after he moved out).
