I've had my eating disorder since I was 14 but my relationship with food has always been fucked that's just when I started restricting and engaging with ed communities

I swear I become fully mentally stable and have never suffered a day in my life once I walk into my therapists office then I leave and I'm like "... oh... Fuck... Right"

Scrolling through explicitly pro ana posts that claim they aren't pro ana for anyone but themselves and just being like "oh honey... You poor, poor dumb fuck"

Please don't buy into those stupid posts don't let someone else give you reasons to destroy yourself, your brain already makes enough I promise. And if you make those posts private your account if you're not pro for anyone else, or even just private those posts if they're "for you". A story designed to make it's readers want to starve themselves is not an open conversation for people actively suffering. It's just bitchy.
