THE BODY ENHANCED September 2016 on ikonoTV
September's program brings together works that focus their attention on the corporal expression, the movement, and the representation of the body in paintings, sculptures, dance performances, and video works throughout the history of Art.
Our Artist of the Month is an Italian Duo of performers and video artists:
Francesca Leoni & Davide Mastrangelo, reflecting on the complexity of intimate interactions between human beings. We will present on our free stream their works: L(Over)s, Pietà (live), Equi-librium, Person-A, Dicotomia, Androgynous, In-difference, and Simulacro.
Enjoy beautiful Oriental Art pieces selected from the Museum Ca'Pesaro in Venice, a production by ikonoTV.
As every September, ikono is enthusiastic to present a program rich of video dance pieces. A full 24h will be dedicated to POOL TanzFilm Festival, Berlin.
