Watch: This video of Black parents talking to their kids about police brutality will break your heart
Though this shouldn’t have to be the case, teaching their children to deal with the police is often a lesson that Black parents have to instill in their children at an early age. A heartbreaking new video released on Monday shows just what those conversations can look like.

I watched this a few days ago, this is honestly so heartbreaking 😢
RACISM/ AND to a WORLD sick with RACISM, GET well SOON………..No.1
Watch: The Daily Show’s Hasan Minhaj sent Congress an urgent message in his Radio and TV correspondents dinner speech.
Kinda seems like a one sided conversation, doesn’t it? I’m tired of “conversations on race” whenever another innocent, unarmed black person is executed by the police. They’re as perfunctory as they are repetitive.
We need justice, not another hollow conversation that doesn’t change anything and does nothing to prevent the next shooting.

These refugees are 80 years apart — but their stories are practically the same (x)
Trump sure has to turn me into an protester. For the second time in this infant year I have attended my second protest. I had to protest against an abuse of power, and something that is unethical. I am so proud of my city, and to the many who came out after work and school to stand against bigotry and division.
Land that was beacon of freedom. Land of immigrants, today became what it fought against. Banning people based on their faith. Yesterday we remembred the horrors of the holocoust. Today we are in cross roads, a scary road, we promised would never come cross. US has started banning people based on their faith. What's next…banning people on their race, sexuality. There’s humanitarian crisis in both Yemen and Syria. Yemen has been annihilated, Somalia and Libya are trying to survive. Shame, we’ve come this.
Work and passion. London March.
I had great honour of being part of London March today. Witnessing the beauty of democracy and people power. Together we are unstoppable.
Stand against division and hate.
Dark times all around but there are still people out there who love you
Do not hurt yourself, do not hurt others, get help, talk to someone, anyone. Humanity has survived before and we can do it now if we all just support each other. My country and my people let me down and endangered my life but there’s nothing I or anyone else can do about that so let’s try to spread the love that is so clearly lacking.
Watch: The Talk’s Sheryl Underwood gets choked up in crucial speech about racial profiling and police killings.
