He can still run through the jungles much better than the recoms ever wish they could. He's more scared of it now, though, compared to normal Spider, there isn't a chance in hell he'd change his mask out there or go near half the animals without a gun.
He learned a few varying medicines from Varang, but that was never to help the clan, he leaned into the skypeople's greed and stock piles anything he can find or make.
Varang took a liking towards Spider pretty quickly, she sees him as a soilder, one that can go between the two worlds and fetch her weapons and get into small spaces where she can't reach.

lyle is a disaster. he's bad with feelings, bad at showing and talking about them. He just prefers to use his "older brother" humor to cope with stuff and pretend he's okay. Z doesn't like it and is trying to convince him to work on that
he probably has some internalized homophobia in him, but deep down he doesn't give a fuck. Hes the type to say "I'm not a fag π" and then he's looking at a sweaty man like the finest piece of meat. Yeah, he's like that.
he doesn't show it but lyle gets easily attached and feels with his soul. When the squad died he fell very close to depression during his grief. They were everything he had and quaritch seemed too focused on the mission to look at him
zdinarsik has no idea how to make a braid, she usually asks for walker or zhang to do it for her if necessary
she enjoys any activity involving strength, especially boxing, she would hit a sack for a whole day if she could. Walker often joins her, sometimes just to watch
Z is also the one to challenge the others for arm wrestling (and usually wins)
mansk has sensitive eyes. He didn't have it back then when he was human, but smth happened between the human and na'vi DNA and now he's just sensitive to light, so he's usually with shades. The squad leaves the room dark when it's possible
he's not only an introvert, but also a shy person. Mansk shows affection/appreciation just by staying around, like a cat would. And unlike what people usually assume, all his intimidating posture is just impression, he's pretty chill and enjoys listening more than talking
mansk is demi and only has intimate contact with someone he knows, it doesn't need to be a lover, a trusted friend is enough for him
lopez is brazilian, idc what people say, AS A BRAZILIAN βοΈ HE'S FROM MY COUNTRY!!!!! But seriously, he has the whole vibe: name, tattoos, the shape of his face and eyebrows style? yeah, that guy is from SΓ£o Paulo
lopez teaches a lot of brazilian slangs for the other recoms, especially for lyle. Lyle's sunglasses? Lopez gave it to him, saying he would look "chave" (translate for smth like "stylish asf")
he's very touchy over his friends and probably would walk around holding hands and sleep together if they let him (the recoms would never, I'm afraid), but he's frequently offering a massage or just hugging them without any reason. in resume: he's the type to really kiss his homies good night
Prager has sarcastic humor, sometimes even dark, but he doesn't mean it, he just likes to mess around with his buddies
Ja and Prager are really close and they tease each other like kids
quaritch is the only one to have his own quarters bc of his rank, the recom unit just shares a whole room
he has a soft spot for pregnant people and will stay around when possible like an owl watching its kids, but never makes it obvious.
quaritch always protects his men from a distance. He cares about his unit and shows it through his endless orders. As a colonel, he must keep his men in line so he doesn't lose them. That makes him hella neglectful sometimes
fike is like their younger brother, the recoms can't help but have a little soft spot for him, nothing too obvious tho
