People. Everywhere I look online it's people killing people, people killing the earth, people killing kids, people killing animals. The earth crumbling because of us. AI this, War there.
Now the media has always highlighted the terrible, you never hear about people's recoveries from cancer more than you hear about poverty, inflation Etc. I get that, I get there's good, but it's not enough.
"Well it's beyond your control." Is it? Is it truly? Or are we just telling ourselves that to dullify and preserve our sanity or what's left of it for that matter. There are 8 billion people on earth minus the billionaires and millionaires in power, if each one of us says "It's out of our control." then of course it will be.
So to me, saying it's out of my control, is a load of bullishit. But we're expected work, to "earn a living." when none of us asked to be here nor ask to EARN the right to live.
The more I learn of the cruelty humans are capable of, the more I solidify that I am not meant to be here or that I want to be here. This isn't a world for sensitive people, young people or for people who want peace. It is a world for the pitiless, cutthroat, and cold.
