hello⚧️✴️
who are you?
im sinewave (it/he/she/any neopronouns) :^) i have bpd, audhd, cptsd, DID(?), OCD, and a few other things, as well as physical disabilities.
who is this blog for?
anyone with a cluster B disorder (or another stigmatized disorder, but mostly cluster B) and their loved ones.
before you follow...
narc abuse isn't real. pwNPD (and BPD/HPD) are just people who have a trauma disorder. they're not inherently abusive. using the word "narcissist" as a derogatory term contributes to the stigma. if you HAVE experienced abuse, you are always valid and loved. please use language that stigmatizes ABUSE, not personality disorders. i would never say your abuse didn't happen. only that it isn't people with trauma disorder's fault that it happened.
i am not a doctor or psychiatrist. that being said my asks are always open even if i'm too tired to get to it (cfs/pots/heds/whatever my issue is).
i don't do syscourse. there is no "one correct way" to be plural. the human brain is complex and vast and psychiatry has been cruel to people with trauma disorders or "non typical" brains. keep this in mind. mad pride <3
i post in "narc abuse" tags because i want to target the source of ableism. i want to say though that you shouldn't go into these tags. do not bother these people. assume ignorance instead of malice. and also the things they say will likely just hurt you.
remember that i love you. please be nice to yourself
