My opinion on Sakura (spoiler alert):

Ok so, I personally think that Sakura isn't that bad. In the og Naruto I agree she was useless and was really annoying but as she trained with Tsunade she became really strong and became a great kunoichi. In shippuden she was much better and she even defeated Sasori. Let's not forget that she also saved Naruto in the shinobi war and mastered the hundred healings jutsu that only Tsunade, Hashirama and Mito could master before her. In shippuden she was still annoying but atleast she was useful. In brief, she underwent huge character development
