4Minute @ Club Ellui. August last year.
Green tea patbingsu. A perfect summer dessert
For some variation.. Here's a selfie.
Zombie Coffee in Hongdae is worth a visit, not only for its name. They roast the coffee beans themselves, and serve some good quality coffee.
(but if you're more into coffee drinks (read Starbucks) you should probably go to... Starbucks. (obviously! ...well, or Caffé Bene, Angel-in-us, Tom n Toms, A twosome pl..zZzzZzz... you get what I mean)
Oh, and it's close to the Eat Your Kimchi-studio, so it's worth a visit if you are nearby.
362-12 Seogyo-dong Mapo-gu, Seoul
Club Ellui A dj @ Club Ellui in Gangnam. As I always say: Go to Hongdae for the bars, go to Gangnam for the clubs. Nothing in Seoul beats the clubs in Gangnam.
http://www.ellui.com/ (Also look up their Facebook page for free entry tickets.)
Bibimbap & doenjang jjigae @ a vegan restaurant in Sinchon, Seoul.
The doenjang jjigae was a mixture of tofu and doenjang (bean paste) and sadly extremely oversalted.
Wolverine ad for a restaurant in Hongdae, Seoul.
Gangnam 2013 Before Johnny Rockets shut down. </3

The Gangnam Style sign in Gangnam.
Korean street food
Tteokbokki & sundae. A perfect snack.
Insight into a Korean classroom. For elementary school students obviously. As a teacher I drank way too many energy drinks.
Yeolbong Jjimdak 열봉찜닭 A restaurant owned by singer Se7en.
The jjimdak here is excellent. Juicy, flavorful chicken served in a delicious soy-based sauce. Just be aware of the spiciness of this certain jjimdak. The seeds from the red peppers makes the sauce very strong and peppery. It's way spicier than the standard deep-red kimchi jjigae or tteokbokki. Luckily you can select spice level upon ordering. This is from the Hongdae branch. I know there’s one in Gangnam as well, but have yet to visit it.
A typical mirror selfie. Full of joy!
Taejongdae, Busan.
태종대, 부산
Some good marbled meat for Korean barbecue.
New Mapo Galmaegi (마포갈매기) - Dongtan branch.
