I can agree with that, I probably don’t get paid as much as you do but I will admit it does make everything a little bit worth it. Sometimes they run late after getting off work but there have been a couple of times where parents have forgotten to pick their kids up. Oh yeah, I don’t think I could invest in one of those. Maybe if I bought one used, but I think a regular watch probably does the job just as well.

Its sadly a truth that is becoming more and more real these days, it is also very concerning but - that’s a whole other conversation. Hey - I do not have favorites, Imogen Ariel. Even if you are my baby girl and pretty much my mini-me. It’s funny how genetics work - but you make those Fabray genes beautiful sweetheart. I will forever be thankful you only had one, as much as I love Aidan - as someone who has had and raised twins, as much as I love them I know I couldn’t have handled them as a new mother. After Jack and then them - you were an easy baby actually, but I am pretty sure I did lose my mind a few times over the years.

I guess in some ways it could become a good thing, but I don’t think that’s safe to say for all cases. I’m still going to think I am, I’m still the only child that never gave you any real trouble. I know I wouldn’t be able to even handle twins if I wasn’t a new mother, props to you for that one. Well, you’re welcome for being the easy one. I probably knew somehow that you needed an easy round with the amount of kids you already had.

Even with a toddler on your hip, I’m surprised people don’t mistake you as a babysitter but then again it seems people are having children younger and younger these days. See this is why I love you, a little flattery and a lot of love goes a long way to help boost my confidence! And trust me, you’ll look amazing no matter your age - you really did get a good dose of Fabray genes. Oh gosh, just you wait - you’ll be so exhausted chasing after him when he gets moving on his own feet - but then you’ll be missing the days he stayed put and just cuddled in your arms. Just be glad you don’t have two of him - Janelle and Jace had me wishing I could be in two places at once up until well - actually sometimes I still wish I could do that to make sure they are both behaving themselves.

I’ve gotten babysitter once or twice out in public but I think most people have just accepted, more or less, that people in Lima start popping out babies at like fifteen. It’s especially why I’m the favorite, whether or not you want to admit that. I think I got a crap ton of Fabray genes and then Jace, Janelle, and Jack somehow got a dump of Puckerman genes. If I had two, I’d go insane, I have no idea how you even handled adding me two years later. I can barely think of the one, if I had two toddlers and a baby I might lose my mind.

Kindergarten? Oh my god, my son just turned one and I can’t even think about Kindergarten right now, I’m still grasping the fact that he’s in toddler territory now.

I like to think of twenty as not old at all, but I think the toddler adds a few years or if it doesn’t do that, it adds a few stares. Thank you mama, and you are looking radiant at your age -- basically glowing, I only wish I could look as good as you in twenty years, and since I seemed to get the most Fabray genes I’m hoping that’ll end up true. Little man is doing great, getting way more mobile than I’m liking when he starts actually walking and running around I might lose it.

The downside, I guess, is I go to work before sunrise and sometimes don’t get home until after sunset. Sounds like we might need to get some watches and set some alarms.

That sounds a bit much, I couldn’t imagine working that long. I typically get off around five and that’s if all of the kids get picked up by then. We probably should, a watch wouldn’t be the worst investment I could consider.

That moment when you don’t realize what time it is, and then you realize that it’s almost an hour past closing time. Plus, everyone else has pretty much left you to close up. I think I need to pay more attention to the clock.

I get that way most of the time, I’m pretty sure I never know what time it is. I’m just lucky enough to be able to assume given if it’s light or dark outside.

A cover band? What’re you planning on covering? Count me in if there’s any ABBA is involved, other than that I can’t play the drums, bass, or guitar but I'm pretty sure I know every word to every ABBA song, excluding the Swedish songs.

Mom, I love you to death but I think ‘ma’am’ is just the term they use for any female customer. I’ve been called it before which I still haven’t figureed out if it’s because of it being a term to use, if I look that old, or if it’s because of Aidan.
