I'm surprised people are still asking so here's 2:

On two different occasions Homura taught Madoka how to use a gun. Madoka also helped Homura make bombs in one of the earlier timelines.

Homura picks what clothing she buys based on what she thinks Madoka will think of it. She has done this since before she became a magical girl.

I've come to a conclusion about how Madoka should respond to Homura's inappropriate touches in the new trailer. Madoka should retaliate by kissing Homura on the lips, and then she should do it again and again. Over and over again. And then she should bite her too

Homura will learn her lesson if she does this
