I recently finished Ally North’s Bloom Town series, and I’m completely obsessed (clearly.) This video is my love letter to the books, just a visual fan tribute capturing the atmosphere, emotion, and intensity that had me turning pages nonstop. Almost immediately, I had a visual of Clara Paget as Anne Bonny for Joey, and of course, the rest just fell in line.

How am I so late to watching the amazingness that is The 100 and Clexa? Just powered through all 7 seasons and I can't get these two out of my head. Totally ripped my heart out with the loss of Lexa, she was so badass in so many ways. So naturally I had to make a video, of which I am sure there will be more. (That and Octavia and Link, ugh so much heartache!) Bring the tissues, cause I'll be ripping your heart out all over again....

As everyone knows I am a huge fan of Period and Historical Drama pieces - I took a leap and decided to watch Gentleman Jack, and I absolutely fell in love with the story of Anne Lister and Ann Walker. (Based on the diaries of Anne Lister.) I figured I'd try something completely new and branch out in my videos for what I am sure is not my typical audience on my channel - I felt compelled to share their story as it is just heartbreakingly beautiful no matter where your sexual orientation lies - Love is love.
