I watched A New Hope with a live orchestra and I wanted to cry because it was so magical and nostalgic ANYWAYS I have thoughts

-that yellow jacket that Luke wears at the end has gotta be Biggs's jacket, I will die on this hill

-where can I find Wedge backstory

-the conductor of the orchestra was a short KING bro I love watching conductors cast their magic spells 😩 the ending was magnificent both in music and in his gestures (also when he started he held out his baton to the side like a lightsaber before raising it and i love that. icon behavior)

He casts his eyes towards the hangar's devastation, including the dead Inquisitor between their feet.

"That makes your actions all the worse."

"What would you have me do?"

"Be better. Cast off the Emperor's shackles and help the rest of the galaxy do the same,"

"You make it sound so simple,"

"I know I do, and I know the reality is much more complicated. But if you don't take that first step then-,"

"I will never have absolution?" he asks, unable to stop the bark of laughter, "It is far too late for that,"

"Perhaps. But that shouldn't stop you,"

Once again, he takes his measure of the boy. Dressed in Naboo royal finery, smeared makeup aside, he looks every inch his mother's son, and his words...

"Your mother would be proud of you, my son, but that does not change-,"

The sound of a distant explosion rips through the hangar, alongside a sense of satisfaction resounding throughout the Force. Whether its the doing of Sidious' wayward apprentice or his own, he cannot be sure.

"That's my cue," Luke smirks, turning on his heel and breaking into a dead sprint.
