WOW, so Kim allegedly sent the information about the dress to Fashionnova way before she even wore it on Feb 18. As at Feb 14, there was already a Fashionnova photoshoot with the dress. The Model slipped up and posted the pictures on her snapchat story with the dates showing.

Apparently, Kim and a lot of the Kardashian/Jenner clan secretly send their designer dresses to Fashionnova and these Instagram brands to make knock off replicas and they get a cut from the sales. The fraudulence of it all.

Whoever is behind this diet prada account needs to be working for the fbi😩.

The dress gets buzz from kim k wearing it and people who want it can buy it immediately when the customers are most excited about it, rather than months later when people arent as excited about it.

And you can’t patent/copyright clothing designs. So im not sure if any design house has legal recourse for fashion nova stealing their stuff.

There are trade dress laws and trademark laws they made an exact replica of a couture dress with the exact same look no variation except to maybe material because it’s fast fashion, if Mugler wanted to sue on infringement grounds he would definitely have merit. It’s an intellectual property issue.
