     Okay, the situation was getting more intense that time, he was shaking his body holding by the gate’s edge top, it wasn’t the first time he was in a similar situation, he tried to get back up but sadly was useless. So there was only way to get off this situation but hearing the other’s voice down there then turned his gaze there and blinked confused. 

     What was that? Someone trying to help him? None was really paying attention to his crazy actions around the campus so seeing someone actually trying to help Suzuya was really interesting. His hands were tired so he couldn’t really resist up there anymore. The white haired heard the other’s voice telling that will catch him, well, he didn’t really need to, a little fell wont do that bad to Suzuya, he was used with pain. 

     ”Uhum, you don’t need to at all but…ok! Well then!” I turned slowly but before letting go of the bar he balanced a bit playfully up there and giggled. ”So…3..2…1…yahooo!” Once the count ended he did let go off the bar falling from there right on the person under and when everything ended he let out a loud laugh. 

     ”A-ahaha, I can’t believe you really did it!” He fast stood and after bent back to the one who was there that was till down on the ground kind shocked of what just happened. ‘'You are first one who did play with me since I came here, I'm happy.” Suzuya obviously was finding those dangerous things games but the other weren’t really into such kind of games was obvious.

{♓}— He wasn't certain how it happened given how he was so convinced that he'd be able to flawlessly catch the girl in his arms but apparently, everything didn't go according to plan. As soon as the young girl had negligently released her grip on the gate and plummeted down to him, Kanata found himself catching her but meeting his balance with disaster-- leading him to crash down onto the ground.

With the girl's weight crushing down on his frame, the pale-haired male felt the wind got knock out of him. Shit. That hurt more than he expected.

Fortunately for him, the mentally bizarre stranger had the decency to promptly get off of him with a wide playful grin on her face. What the hell's wrong with her? And why did it feel like he was the only one witnessing this? Kanata released a struggled groan as he sat up, his hand rubbing his already aching lower back. Nothing seemed to be seriously damaged much to his relief.

"Huh?" A somewhat annoyed frown curved his lips upon hearing the girl's statement. "Who says I'm playin' here? If this is a game to you, then you seriously need help. Geez, who the hell intentionally dangles themselves on top of the gate like that?" He struggled to get back up on his feet, his hands briskly dusting the dirt off his pants.

Out of Trouble | Lust & Kanata

Taking a stroll through the Pier, the morning air kept her cool as she walked from place to place to check out all the things the sellers had to offer. Unfortunately she only managed to get a few things, and stares however the dark haired woman is accustomed to this. When the cold wind blew, Lust paused her steps holding her scarf then continued walking till she stumbled upon a male arguing with a couple of other guys his age. 

Unlike a normal person who would step in to help, she stays still watching with a sly smirk curious to see how it would turn out. Like she predicted, the two of them began to throw fist at each other. If it weren’t for the other person next to her who saw this happening she would have let it continue. 

With confidence, Lust walks over to them and grabs the kid that threw the fist punch without a problem. “What do we have here?” She smiles holding him by his collar then slowly puts him down. "If you want to hit someone, why not try to land a punch on me? You don’t have to be gentle with me." With a wink, the boys stop and stare at her unable to believe what was happening. When a cop came, she took the white haired teens hand and looked at him with fake concern. "I’m sorry officer, my son is just…having a bad day." Her crimson eyes fall to the cop and after he gave her the okay, she led the guy away from everyone till they were near the Ferris Wheel. 

"Is something wrong?" She looks at him running her fingertips down his cheek. "You look pale," her hand moves back to her bags and lips curve into a friendly smile. "Have you eaten today?"

{♓}— If there was a circumstance that Kanata could set upon as a day-to-day basis for him, it would be this particular moment. Standing before him were two students from Sunrise and judging by the indignant look the pale-haired teen had thrown at their direction, it was merely evident that they weren't having a comradely discussion. Kanata wouldn't regard himself as someone who passionately loves his school but upon overhearing the two Sunrise students talking down on the Sunset students, he couldn't stop himself from stepping in.

Words of venom transitioned to throwing of fists which was something Kanata had expected-- anticipated, if anything. However, the excitement had died shortly when a familiar tall woman had stepped in to put a stop it. Professor Solaris-- the Sunset professor every student had dreaded yet fantasized over. She's got the figure and the bewitching charm that could compel the most devoted of priests to have anguished qualms over his decisions. If it wasn't for the energy still pent up within him from the fight, Kanata would have been a flustered mess.

He then soon found himself being dragged away by the seductress, somehow thankful that she had taken him away from further trouble. Her action of running her finger down his cheek was rather questionable though and Kanata had to swallow the large lump that was stuck in his throat, praying to whoever the hell was up there to let him control his damn teenage hormones.

"I'm fine." He finally managed to say as he slightly jerked away from her touch, looking anywhere but the temptress. Tantalizing or not, the woman still had danger written all over her alluring features. "...you're not going to tell on me, are you? I mean, I was just trying to defend our university and all... and it's not like I threw the first punch. I was being... a hero, I think."

8. Gum: My muse pesters yours for a piece of gum

"What? You can’t just tell me you don’t have any gum when I just literally saw you slip that pack of gum in your pocket!" Geez, what is it with people and refusing to share a piece of gum these days? It wouldn’t hurt to give him one. If anything, it would grant this weirdo standing before him the gratifying feeling of being able to be generous without expecting anything in return.

"Come on, don’t be an ass. I just want a piece of gum. What’s wrong with giving me one?"

10. Dishes: Our muses wash dishes together

"Can I be honest here?" Kanata broke the silence, a look of utter disappointment and perhaps a dash of frustration falling upon his features as he focused on the next dish Laura had handed to him. "When you left me a very misleading text message regarding how I was about to get screwed in the home economics room, I didn’t think it would lead me to being forced to wash the dishes with you."

It wasn’t even fair. He wasn’t assigned for this task and yet here he was, washing the dishes with Laura. He really needed to start saying ‘no’ to girls.

"You’re… not kidding." When his next-door neighbor arrived knocking on his door with a promise of a surprise in the small kitchen in his dorm, Kanata didn’t think he would be greeted by the sight of a large mess all over the counters, cupboards, the floor— practically everything was covered in baking mix.

"Dude, I don’t see why I should—" The pale-haired male began before catching the mop that was tossed to his direction. This did nothing but tug the corners of his lips down to an indignant frown. "I’m not doing this, man. This is your mess. I don’t know what the hell you did here but I’m not cleaning it up.”

"Huh? A bite?" Kanata slid his gaze over to his companion then back at the ham and cheese sandwich Suzuya had thoughtfully prepared for him. Hesitation breezed upon the pale-haired student’s semblance. The sandwich was created in such flawless delicacy— it was something that musn’t be shared with anyone.

"I dunno, kid… What’s in it for me? I mean, Suzuya made this for me and his cooking isn’t exactly something you could share so easily. You gotta prove that you’re worth it."

"You love stars, huh?" Kanata wasn't exactly certain where this conversation was going but this strange kid seemed to be immensely intent with the topic. "I guess that's something we have in common. Yeah, I study planets and other stuff like asteroids, galaxies, and whatnot. What do you study? Or do you even study here? You look kinda young for someone in college."

     He did it again. 

     Sometimes Suzuya couldn’t understand even himself, how he was ending in such weird or awkward situations. Once again he had nothing to do, boring classes, boring everything, the spoiled kid was walking all by himself, his room mate was busy with volley and some of his friends, he don’t have any friends like that. Passing by the really high gate something attracted him there, like it was calling him so he did.  Come up here, it will be fun. Something like that was coming on his head. 

     Being ontop there, was really dangerous, but he could see everything was really fun, he was like a spy, starting to imagine himself like that, Suzuya was often doing imagination games when a voice made him stop and get back to reality, down there was someone, the distance was big so he couldn’t hear well, also the fact the other was calling him a girl. He then did the insane move by standing up there, holding his arms up to try hold his balance but still, he could slip anytime he started on making some noises that actually was a kind of song ending getting the one down there freak out. 

     ”Naahahaaa..naa…nana…”He looked down to the boy, he just smiled like nothing wrong was happening and continued walking up there playfully when in a moment he put one leg off and fall but he manage to get hold of the gate’s top in time so ended  hanging there. ”Oh oh, I messed up, messed up.” Even then he sounded amused by the situation not even a little scared.

{♓}— "H-Hey, you idiot! Are you trying to get yourself killed?!" Kanata couldn't hold back the look of bewildered panic that dawned in on his features, his golden hues wide with alarm as he watched the young girl balance herself whilst standing on top of the gate. This girl was either a lunatic or merely had nothing to lose.

Was he the only one seeing this? Kanata looked past the gate in hopes for any Sunrise student to put a halt to their steps and help him try to convince the girl to come down but any of the individuals he caught sight of were all just minding their own business, almost as if they were already used to her shenanigans.

What kind of weird-ass university is this?

Kanata looked back up at the girl again only to find her smiling at him-- her smile laced with playful enthusiasm. But when she intentionally swung one foot off the edge, the girl nearly went plummeting down until her fingers managed to grasp the bars; her small body now dangling in the air like some strung-up puppet.

And to make matters freakier, she hardly looked and sounded scared. How was this an ordinary occurrence at Sunrise?

"Whoa!" Out of instinct, the pale-haired boy rushed to where he could catch the girl in case she decided to do something dumber. "H-Hang in there!" Shit, that sounded like a joke. "I mean, don't worry! I can catch you here! Just let go of the bar!"

Maki could feel her blood boil as she glared at the other, her uniform, and most probably her entire hair covered with that annoying, sparkly glitter. And it was all his fault. It irritated the redhead even further when he came forward to touch her hair. Was he really that oblivious to what was going on around him? 

"How can you have absolutely no idea that there is a huge jar of glitter sitting right there?!" She yelled, as she raised a hand to push his away from her head. Gosh, she was utterly out of luck today, wasn’t she? First, she had been forced to decorate the school campus by her professor, and now she had been turned into — literally — a walking, human-shaped glitter. And she definitely wasn’t happy about this.

She turned around to look at the other in the eye. Of course, she knew who he was. He was a senior — she had heard about him from students around the campus. Maki never thought that her first ever formal meeting with the other would end up in such a terrible way. 

"Just my luck…" She muttered under her breath, as she crossed her arms in displeasure. What did she do, exactly, to have all these things happen to her? Nevertheless, she was definitely not going to give this Kanata here an easy time. Definitely.

{♓}— Kanata promptly drew his hand away as soon as he was welcomed by the girl's outburst. What the hell? He said sorry, didn't he? And he even attempted to get rid of the glitter off her hair as much as he could. Was snapping at him really necessary? He could already feel everyone's eyes on them which was something he was never fond of. He never liked attention. However, that didn't stop the frown that breezed in on his lips at the girl's attitude.

"Hey, I said sorry, didn't I?" He voiced out his thoughts, his tone laced with genuine annoyance. He knew that he was in no place to be the one losing his temper too but he couldn't really control himself. The girl just snapped at him and he was not one to just let that go. "Tch! If anything, you should be pissed at the person who put that jar on the ladder. At least I'm trying to help here."

He was not at fault here. Who in the world was stupid enough to think that it was a good idea to place the jar of glitters on the highest step of the ladder anyway? Nevetheless, the girl before him had no right to present such attitude to him. He had shown regret at what he did and even attempted to help her-- and what did he get?

An indignant snap and a glare that he would have found cute if they were granted different circumstances. But it seemed like fate had something else in store for them and it wasn't going to be pretty.

Crashing {Open}

"Wait! Hold that elevator!" Running down the hall of the university hallway, the girl crashed into the elevator dropping the two boxes of books she held. “Thank you..” he says in slight pain. When the doors closed, the pink haired girl quickly sat up pushing her crimson glasses up then began to pick up the books in a hurry to deliver them to the library before they close.

"Uh, you're welcome." Kanata nodded with a somewhat dumbfounded look. It's not everyday you'd see a small girl carrying two hefty-looking boxes that seemed larger than she is crashing into the elevator. As soon as the elevator doors slid closed, Kanata decided to bend down and help her pick the scattered books up. "Want me to help you carry these? Seriously, you look like you could barely carry one box."

"303, 304, 305…ah, here we go." 

Clutching the packed lunch in one hand, Suzuya raised the other to softly knock on the door. Knowing his best friend, the other would most likely be too lazy to actually get up and open the door. Maybe his roommate was in and would be courteous enough to answer in his stead? Although looking back at it now, he did remember Kanata mentioning his roommate would be out. today so they had free reign of the room for possibly the entire afternoon.

Between their classes (or in Kanata’s case, skipping them) and Suzuya’s part-time job, they haven’t had much time to hang out. Truthfully, he was becoming worried about him- because he wasn’t around as much anymore, who was going to remind Kanata to eat and stay warm?

Receiving no reply, Suzuya heaved a sigh, turquoise hues narrowing slightly. How characteristic of him. “Kanata, it’s me, Suzuya.”

{♓}— "Mmff..." Muffled mumbling was the only response Kanata could grant to the familiar sound of his friend's faint knock on the door as he buried his face onto the couch pillow, somehow having qualms over the decision of inviting his best friend over. Of course, he wanted Suzuya to come over and play video games with him but at the same time, he knew that answering the door will require him to actually get off the damn couch.

Suzuya's a patient guy, right? He probably wouldn't mind waiting another hour or so at the door.

But of course, the guy just had to present the genuinely evil impatience he conceals so flawlessly within him by gently calling his name out. Yeah, who was he kidding? With a sluggish sigh, Kanata finally got up from the couch and made his way for the door before pulling it open.

"Hey." He greeted the brunette, his voice still sticky with sleep. "You're awfully early today... which shouldn't come off as a surprise." Golden orbs traveled down to the lunch Suzuya held in his hand which in no doubt caught the shorter male's interest. Nothing beats his friend's distinctive culinary expertise after all. "Please tell me you made that specifically for today."

{♓}— A string of muttered curses slipped past Kanata's lips as he attempted to put up the Christmas banner over the wall in the auditorium. He was once again caught dozing in the indoor gym unauthorized and this time, the faculty member who caught him was nothing close to being a nice lady at all. Apparently, he wasn't tall enough for the banner to reach its destined height which was ridiculous (he had a feeling the professor just wanted to give him a hard time) so he had to use a ladder to get it all the way up.

The auditorium was packed with students who volunteered to help decorate the campus in pursuit of granting everyone the sense of the jubilant holiday. Of course, Kanata wasn't one of them. He wasn't a volunteer-- more of a servant if anything. He should be at Suzuya's room right now, playing that new video game he just bought yesterday but evidently, he wouldn't be able to do that today.

"Come on." He uttered to himself as he reached up further in hopes to raise the banner to its destined place. Unknown to his sense of awareness, a student had placed a jar of glitters on the ladder he was stepping on and as soon as he moved a bit to finish his job, he accidentally nudged the jar and it went plummeting down.

"Kanata! Will you please be careful?!" A student yelled at him from behind.

"Hah?" Kanata frowned as he looked back over his shoulder. But when he realized that everyone was looking at something beside him, he blinked in confusion before glancing over his side to see a young girl all drenched in bright colorful glitter. Oh shit.

"Ah, sorry sorry!" Kanata immediately dropped the banner as he hurried down the ladder and started frantically patting the glitter off the girl's hair. "I didn't know there was a jar there!"

{♓}— What a bother.

There was a long list of things Kanata could tolerate but having to bring Suzuya's forgotten things back to his dorm was not one of them. Let the dude be a responsible mother or whatnot, that damn brunette really needed to stop forgetting his jacket in his dorm. With an unimpressed frown, Kanata let sluggish steps carry him to where Sunrise University could be located-- his best friend's jacket slung over his shoulder.

However, as soon as he finally reached his destination, a peculiar sight awaited before him.

"...?" Kanata blinked in utter confusion, golden hues sliding up at the sight of the large gate. But it wasn't the gate he was entirely focused on-- of course not. That was the least of his interests. What genuinely caught his attention was the sight of a petite girl on top of the gate, her legs dangling in the air on one side. Normally, Kanata would have walked on and pretended he didn't see anything but after considering the incredible height of the gate, he knew better than to just let her be. If she falls, it wouldn't be pretty.

"Oi!" He called out to the young girl. "Whaddya think you're doing there? You're gonna get yourself hurt!"

”Oh I am sorry I bumped into you without introducing at first. I am Hinata Shouyou. I ve seen you sometimes in the library reading astrology books. I can’t understand it that good. Like..how can someone born on the same month with someone else have the same sign but different traits” Hinata said with wonder scratching his head then sighed.

"Err, I think you're confusing astronomy with astrology, kid." It was an easy mistake to make but Kanata was getting somewhat tired of having to point this out to most people. "I don't study horoscopes. I study stars. I don't really get horoscopes either though but hey, they're fun. Don't you read your horoscope?"

His footsteps were quick, and his blue eyes frantic, as the professor walked down hallway after hallway; he had completely forgotten that today’s lesson would be done as a lecture - meaning that it would not be taught outdoors or in the greenhouses.

Fortunately, he still had roughly half an hour to get to the room and set up - meaning that if he had enough luck on his side, he’d be able to start class on time, and not get another earful from the president. Passing through the gym as part of his route to get to class, a lone sleeping figure up in the bleachers caught his attention, and stopped him in his tracks. Why, of all the places on campus, would someone choose to take a nap here?

He took a step towards the seats, contemplating on whether or not to go check on the figure, and then another; surely this wouldn’t take too long, perhaps a few minutes at most. After all, there was the possibility that this student wasn’t feeling well, or skipping class.

"A-ah, no, not really… I was just wondering why you were sleeping here, of all places." He replied, finger hovering in the air for another second before he let it drop.

"After all, I don’t think the bleachers are all that comfortable."

{♓}— The very first instinct that flashed upon Kanata's mind was to tell the newcomer to leave him alone but when the sense of slumber slowly drifted away from his system, he soon came to a realization as to who he was dealing with.

A faculty member!

Eyes widening in surprise, Kanata immediately sat straight up in attempt to fix himself. After all, you wouldn't want to come off as a careless student who sleeps around in places students shouldn't be dozing in in the first place. However, as soon as he sat up, the familiar sharp pain went straight into his head again-- causing him to wince in pain as he immediately held his head.

"...ngh...!" Fantastic. This was not the perfect time for his damn illness to kick in. As if only remembering that a professor was standing before him, Kanata inwardly slapped himself for revealing a small sign of weakness and in an instant, he dropped his hand back to his side.

"Erm, s-sorry. Yeah, they're not exactly comfortable and I know I shouldn't be here." He should might as well give himself a lecture than let the other male grant him one. "Please tell me you're like the cool type of professor in which you'll just smile at me and tell me that you'll pretend that you didn't see me here instead of giving me my final warning." This wasn't exactly the first time he was seen dozing in an area where a student shouldn't be in unauthorized.

{♓}— "Eh…?" Shit. How does one handle a spontaneous compliment? Who the hell is this kid anyway? Does he normally approach people like this? "Err, yeah, I do." He couldn’t really recall the last time he had seen himself as a brunette and he absolutely had no plans in seeing himself that way anytime soon. "Thanks, I guess…? Um, who are you exactly?"
