shoutout to my english teacher for not wanting to give out taylor’s name when analyzing the trick to holding on because he didn’t want people to have a preconception while analyzing the poem and because he wanted to see the surprise on their faces because he told me he heard people say that the poem was beautiful and deep without knowing who wrote it. In the end, he wanted them to understand “oh, you know, I might have been wrong about her all this time” and perhaps that could be a lesson in their lives about prejudice and preconceived notions that they have in their minds that most of the time can be wrong. what an icon.

most celebrities meet and greets don’t even offer bottled water, it’s literally just pay $$$, walk in, snap a photo and leave… and taylors are zero dollars, include snacks and drinks both alcoholic and non, video set pieces and her iconic outfits on display, minutes alone with taylor, a genuine feeling of being welcome and wanted, and a unique photo that radiates love and a true bond between her and her fans. we are so lucky and even if i never end up in that meet and greet room… i am so thankful.
