What I say: I'm fine
What I mean: I know that Jack being the Face of Boe is kinda ehwellummmaybuhhthehuuhhhhh at this point. But looking back and seeing the Face of Boe in "The End of the World". Just, imagining Jack looking on as the Earth, the planet he called home for more than 2 thousand years, (and I'd imagine that for an immortal being living in any one single place for over 2 thousand years has got to mean something) where he: loved and lost so many, died way too many times, and lived an absurd amount of lifetimes, where he worked at Torchwood for so long that he practically became Torchwood, where he met Rose, The Doctor, Martha, Ianto, Tosh, Owen, Gwen, Estelle, and so many others, and the planet where his life truly began, is engulfed by the sun he once looked up to when he stood on rooftops trying to make sense of the endless road he called life. Hi! I'm Giorg, a small, queer indipendent artist! I just opened a Redbubble shop and I wanted to self promote a little bit.
I love re imagining classical paintings in a queer, kind of heretical way since I grew up extremely religious. I experience it in a reclaimed sort of way and it's pleasingly cathartic. Besides, most of the best occidental art throughout history was jesus related, it's not my fault if it's extremely insipiring. I'm just a wee italian after all.
Anyway, when I'm not painting, I doodle and sketch in a cartoonish way. I have yet to find my one and true style, so I just... improvise? And see what comes out of my tiny hands.
Mostly though, I make fanarts. I love doctor who and good omens, first and foremost. But I enjoy lots of media, especially if it has a nice aesthetic i can recreate. (Who am i kidding, i'm in it for the yearning and the pining and the bantering of my favourite ships. The rest is an added bonus)
