(disrespectfully) what the fuck @ latest chapter of aqua (chapter 14)

the paralells to sara is such a cheap gimmick. unless hanamori follows thru (doubtfully) & there's some underlying theme about the orange pearl being wack then it's ridiculous to rehash the same 'orange princess helps deep sea king' story.

AND HER OUTFIT? can hanamori not be horny on main for 10 seconds.

not thrilled about m*sahiro being back either. way to go, bringing back the visual representation of all of rina's character development in season 1 being undone

this whole chapter really seemed like a callback to all of chapter 12 in the original manga. the skimpy outfit/boob shot & the competition thing really drive that point home.

#i Want the whole seira business to get explained properly but i have a feeling it won't >:(#granted we are in probably the middle of the series but #giving her the same story as sara is just cheap. i hope it doesn't end up like that #mermaid melody aqua #aqua spoilers
