i’m sorry if this is a dumb question, but to put the custom theme in, do we have to do it on a desktop/laptop computer device? :))

yeah its usually easier on a computer rather than a mobile or something!

hiiii :)) i’m kind of confused on how to like use a theme? i went to where the code is for the playful theme and then copied and pasted it into my description box, but i don’t think that’s right because nothing changed? 😂😬

you dont paste it into your description box thats why it wouldnt have worked. you have to past it in the section that says ‘custom theme edit html’ xxx

I’m using the v themes pop ups.

yeah v-theme popups dont show up while your customizing your blog, they show up when ur just on ur blog normally

whos popup links are you using? most popup-boxes dont show up in the customisation / preview section and only show up once ur out of the customisation bit and just on your blog

Hi there! I'm using your Yosemite theme and I can't seem to upload an avatar. Is this a coding problem or is it just me?

your avatar shows up when i go on your blog so it looks fine to me.

A trick to make your avatar look good on my themes is to make sure the photo your uploading is cropped square :)

I still don't get the last part where it says paste between

have you installed the actual popup? before you install the about popup, navigation popup, ask popups etc you have to install the popup script first so that those popup works.

if you look in the above popup instructions/codes you’ll see that there is a code that you paste under ,  a second code that you paste under  and the third code is pasted under . which is “

 “ to explain further: 

any code pasted inbetween

is what your popup will be. so you would copy and paste your ask,navigation or any popup you wants HTML coding inbetween that.

EXAMPLE:

your title

write your faq here :)

hi ! i'm using your theme "playful" which is amazing !! except that i have trouble with it, i can't scroll down even if the infinite scroll is enabled. it's weird, i can't scroll both with my laptop's trackpad or bottom arrow ?? help ?

scroll seems to be a problem with a lot of my themes at the moment :(( which is super annoying because i’m not sure why its happening because infinite scroll works for me!!! im really sorry !

my suggestions are:

1. Try disable infinite scroll by clicking the toggle and then re-enable it and see if it works

2. re-install the theme

*PLEASE NOTE* infinite scroll DOES NOT show up in the preview / customisation editing screen. It only shows up when your on your blog normally and not in customisation!

there should be a scroll bar? try re-intalling the theme it usually should appear once you start scrolling
