Dear friends, for the past several weeks our work on the first production model of MG10 has been somewhat held up by internal issues and insufficient budget. That's why we have shifted focus to meeting more people to enlarge our army of partners and friends that could help us introduce this product faster to the world. However, due to widespread hate and groundless accusations, many of our supporters are starting to lose hope. R&D work is the most under-appreciated activity, everyone sees just the tip of an iceberg, a finished product, yet most will never wonder how much money, time, and effort had been sacrificed to achieve the end result. In our case, we're trying to present a technology that cannot exist according to present science. We're getting a lot of backlash before the product is even finished, everyone wants it now, not caring if we have sufficient funding, human resources and facilities to complete R&D work. Our major concern is that once the product is built, put up for demonstration to the public, and even slightly underperforms or breaks, our business and reputation may be permanently destroyed. Or imagine if production and sales have started but due to insufficient tests the product does not function properly and cause fire, imagine recalls, refunds, and court cases that will follow; this is the scariest nightmare for startups. This is why it is extremely important to deliver a flawless product that will last, regardless of how late it will be. This is why we have already invested over a million of US dollars into this project, but this is still peanuts in comparison to what tech giants spend on R&D. However, our vision is clear and firm, as we believe in our work and our technologies.
