See the chap with glasses and an incredible moustache in the bottom right? that's Magnus Hirschfeld, the gay Jewish doctor who ran the Institut für Sexualwissenschaft (Institute for Sexual Research) in Berlin. It was largely his books, his research that the Nazis burned.

honestly i wonder if the reason nathalie isn't mentioned in the emoverse is because she just straight up isn't there. not that she's dead or anything but she's just not there. in canonverse nathalie actually met gabriel and emilie while on an expedition to find the lost miraculouses because she was an archeological looter, and then they decided to hire her as a bodyguard/assistant after that... but if in this universe, gabriel instead stole the miraculouses from some high class political cult that he was a part of...... maybe he simply never hired nathalie to help him, and thus never met her. maybe emonathalie is just chilling in the bahamas or something as far away from the agrestes as possible. good for her
