I honestly miss the old tumblr. But my time for mourning has home to an end. Time to shine!

I’m honestly waiting for a show where the wife is the contractor and the husband is the interior designer. I’d watch that! #FuckGenderRoles

Quoth the raven,

Okay, new rule: if you regularly consume the blood and flesh of a demigod in a room full of chanting elders you’re not allowed to call other religions primitive and evil

To the young man whose fragile masculinity was threatened by my post-workout man-bun:
I am not sorry that you had to resort to calling me a F*ggot to reclaim your toxic view on masculinity (not going to go in depth on your hair “bling”). I am sorry, however, that you were raised in an environment that warped your view of what makes a “man.” I am sorry that you weren’t taught how to me a decent human being. I am sure your family is proud of you and where your life is headed.
I also want to say thank you. Thank you for reminding me of how privileged I am. Thank you for reminding me that I never faced outright homophobia growing up. Thank you for making me realize how much I have going for me. Thank you for reminding me how many loving and supportive people I have in my life. Thank you for reminding me that I am a unique, strong, beautiful person.
I will never let one person’s derogatory remark take away all of the positives (like the compliments I received today on my floral shirt. Yes the flowers were pink and purple).
I wish you a long life full of experiences you can learn and grow from.
Love, Zac

Artist’s Temporary Decaying Art Brings Enchantment To The Forest
British sculptor Andy Goldsworthy is known for his phenomenal and temporary, installations which involve using natural elements, ranging from sticks, stones, leaves and twigs and anything that grows out of the earth. Sharing a special connection with the land ,which he celebrates in all his sculptures, Goldsworthy shows the world that nature cannot be contained, but only its beauty can be held on a canvas for precious few moments before the land recalls what it once grew.
