Enjoy the rich and creamy flavors of Tres Leches cake that has coffee in it. This dessert tastes great with coffee and is surprisingly simple to make.
Ingredients: 1 cup brewed coffee. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup evaporated milk. 1 cup whole milk. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee for soaking. Whipped cream for topping. Ground cinnamon for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a saucepan, combine the 1 cup of brewed coffee and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, and then remove from heat. Let it cool. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined. Gradually pour the cooled coffee mixture into the milk and egg mixture, while whisking continuously to avoid curdling. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or individual ramekins. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, poke several holes in the cake using a fork or skewer. Pour 1/4 cup of strong brewed coffee evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak in. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow it to absorb the coffee and flavors. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy your delicious Easy Coffee Tres Leches!

Enjoy the rich and decadent flavors of German chocolate cupcakes with a raspberry filling that will surprise you. You can eat these chocolatey, moist cupcakes on special occasions or whenever you want something sweet.
Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp salt. 2 large eggs. 1 cup buttermilk. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract. 1 cup boiling water. 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup fresh raspberries.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Put the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well. Add the hot water and mix the batter well until it is smooth. Due to the lack of fat, be careful. Shred the coconut, chop the pecans, and add the semisweet chocolate chips. Use two thirds of the batter to fill up each cupcake liner. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. After taking the cupcakes out of the oven, let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. While the cupcakes are still cool, cut a small hole in the middle of each one with a knife. Watch out not to cut the bottom. Every hole should have fresh raspberries in it. You can add a raspberry glaze or ganache to the top of the cupcakes if you want to add extra flavor and style. Have fun with your tasty Raspberry-German Chocolate Cupcakes!
