Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread on a Bagel Recipe
The traditional pavlova dessert is made even better with these gluten-free chocolate pavlova cookies. They're chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. They taste great with chocolate and are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients: 4 large egg whites. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 teaspoon white vinegar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 300F 150C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a clean, dry bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar, beating until glossy and stiff peaks remain. Sift cocoa powder over the meringue mixture and gently fold until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts, if using. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cookies are set and crisp on the outside. Turn off the oven and leave the cookies inside to cool completely. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
