SENSHI PROPAGANDA
BE UPON YE
I think it's time for my man to have some propaganda since we're in the final stretch! Senshi deserves at least a fair fight.
First, he can be really hot:
Look at those arms. Those luscious locks of hair. WHAT A MAN!
Plus, he can be more explicitly sexy:
Do you like panty shots? He has them!!!!
Plus he's the perfect height:
I'll let your imagination do the rest.
AND HE'S CUTE AND SILLY!!!!
He's the cutiest patootiest of a man you'll ever find.
I believe in Senshi supremacy! He will treat you right!!!!
VOTE SENSHI!!!!

Two mistakes of the universe go for a walk. Despite this, the universe doesnât chew them up and spit them out. It lets them be. They deserve it, after all.
Itâs a lovely day.

characters raised to be tools
Weapons. Trained, tested, forged in steel and fire. Failure is an inevitability that ends in death. Pain should not be felt--it should be recognized, familiar, and inconsequential
Martyrs. In the form of servants and princes, of leaders and underdogs. If blood is necessary, the martyr will lift their hands and offer it all
Shields. Like tempering a sword, but only to bear and not to lash out. Wounds are medals--not symbols of pride, but symbols of worth. A pretty shield is useless; scars mean a job well done
Experiments. Raised on the cold comfort of a lab table. Restraints are only necessary when they're not in their right mind. Is it honorable, to be twisted beyond recognition? Or is it just a necessary evil?
Monsters. Cruelty, caution, and regarding one as a creature beyond reasonable thought is tempering in its own right. But if you keep a leash at the right length, perhaps the massecre won't reach you. One can hope.
Idols. Pretty face, pretty name, pretty hands around their shoulders and throat. There to seduce, manipulate, force any feeling to come to the surface and twist it to their favor. Any genuinity stays locked behind the guilded cage that surrounds their pretty little heart
Trophies. Status and wealth and the traditions that keep someone at their heels, on their knees, to display and serve and decorate one's ballroom.
Sacrifices. Drenched in honorable clothes, prepared and adored and cleansed. The gift of hope at the cost of one's life. Is it taken with no fight? How can you escape the ropes you were born in?
This made me think a lot about my cyborg character theseus from my ttrpg I'm playing in.
He's a very effective weapon in that he has inhibitors that don't really dampen pain but allow him to work at full capacity even under intense pain and the fabricators commune has very strict punishments
He is willing to offer anything to the cause and will happily sacrifice his own personal feelings in its name
He is not very sheild like to be honest, he bears pain and bears it grimly but will happily fight back in anger
Absolute an experiment, he was carved apart and put back together many times as were many other members of his commune and doesn't even has his own voice anymore due to it being replaced with his voicebox
He is a monster in the sence that he is often deployed as a blunt instrument, even in the current party outside of his life in the commune he's treated as the head of the violent activities and someone to use when people need hurting
He's not an idol, good at manipulation and talking but not an idol.
Also not a trophy
Definitely a sacrifice as is everyone in the commune covered in there golds, reds and blues dedicated to advancing the next step of humanity and giving there life to this eternal purpose.
Kill Six Billion Demons is such an interesting story. It's a western comic that's very heavily based in Buddhist/Hindu mythology, and the villains are mostly based off of Christian mythology. It's narrative is about the strength of people and community to overcome evil, with interesting things to say about power and freedom. There's a magical girl gender transition. A main character writes Yuri fanfiction about the protagonist. There's a Dragonball style Fusion of several main characters. The strongest fighters in the universe are women. It's an allegory for capitalism. It's a tragedy about the lust for power corrupting rightous intentions. It has some of the most beautiful art I've ever seen. It has a supporting character named Princess Mamoru Moonshine Jagermeister Jack Jack Daniels Timothy Tim Bill Freddy Mercury Blueberry Luna, Esquire.
It's the best story ever written
what I mean: "sexual intercourse" is as much a social construct as "romantic courtship," and you discover this very quickly as a queer person if you try to talk to able bodied straight cis people who literally think the only thing that counts as Actual Sex is penis-in-vagina penetration, like they call oral "foreplay" it's so dire. various people have a lot of vested interest in cleanly defining "sex" vs "not sex" for a whole slew of reasons (ex. censorship dodging and enforcing, conferring the social clout of virginity and prowess, finding and closing loopholes about premarital sex, deciding what relationships "count" as serious partnerships, ligating what is general assault vs sexual assault vs Something That's Definitely Probably Fine And Not Sexual At All, Actually, etc.), and it's really not something you can just fall back on as obvious common sense that people are dumb for questioning.
what I say: sex isn't real and you can't have it
Hold still! Caine is drawing you â¤ď¸
i didn't /read/ witch hat atelier, i sat my artblocked ass down and listened
[Image ID: Two screenshots from the TTRPG Cain's handbook. The first is of an exorcist's ID, with their designated XID as a code: X067. The second is a screenshot of the weapons page, with many kinds of weapons illustrated each with their own XID in the same format as the exorcist's XID. /.End ID]
CAIN gives each of its weapons an XID. It does not discriminate between flesh and steel. Exorcist or blade. A weapon kills. That is what matters.
(I love this detail of the CAIN handbook so much)
Also- "All these weapons have been lovingly used to kill sins" right next to "The Hunter Loves Nothing". It's so complex (even if it's maybe reading into it too much) because it feels like a mask slip right?
My big hot take that I feel more intensely than I thought I would prior to realizing it is that White Chain from Kill Six Billion Demons is the single greatest trans character ever written and illustrated and she deserves to be the most important quite frankly. She deserves to have an infinitely greater cultural impact in wider trans media and Iâm wounded that she doesnât. Sheâs a black trans woman born as a genderless angel and her self actualization moment is literally the most profoundly moving and devastatingly beautiful sequence of panels Iâve ever seen in my life, bar none. It is so important to me. It is power and beauty and so raw in a way that nothing else Iâve ever read has ever been. In a story that works in subtext the whole way leading up, it is a moment of turning to the audience with absolute unbridled bluntness in its message that masterfully takes all breath away without ever feeling the curse of the heavy handedness that plagues other âI am a trans womanâ moments in other trans media. It is a perfect encapsulation of someone struggling, agonizing, desiring to find some sign that they should uphold and conform while their very soul undergoes transformation, becoming beautiful and divine in a way that cannot be fathomed by any who try to pressure her to stop. Her body is a symbol of shackles in a way that isnât just agony or ugly loathing; it is stone, heavy and burdensome and hard, but it is when she breaks that stone and becomes flesh and blood that she RADIATES power like no other media I have EVER seen depict a trans woman.
There is NO ONE in trans media like White Chain and itâs a god damn CRIME I donât see her celebrated as a cornerstone of the beauty we can embody when stories are written about us with true love and care and reverence.
Please please please, if you are a woman of any kind, but ESPECIALLY a trans woman, I consider kill six billion demons absolutely integral reading material, there is simply nothing else Iâve ever seen come close yet in my short life that does womenâs beauty of all kinds the same kind of justice.
