The software can be used to identify targets for online harassment, doxing, cyberstalking and even physical attacks. If the program is indeed used to identify people as targets for hate speech, then the program will be used as a tool to commit criminal acts in violation of the Norwegian penal code (“Straffeloven”) §185 prohibiting hate speech.

I think that the sort of label tree used in the agere community is a little unhelpful.

Which is a hyper simplification and is kind of a misuse of "age regression" which is a term from psychology and doesn't denote say, an interest in owning kid stuff, having cg sessions with a partner/other relation, etc. If we have to have a label system at all which, we don't necessarily, it should look more like this imo;

And every little (Little as a term to mean a person who is childish in identity but physically mature) just kinda puts themselves somewhere along these lines.

Reason being that I think a lot of confusion exists coming from a fixation on whether or not a little can or should also be not safe for work ever. What of 'permaregressor's who feel childish at all times? Or system littles? In both cases it is well documented that feelings of involuntary childishness can and do overlap with sexual feelings imvoluntarily why shame the people the word was originally made for? Also tumblr/ig's agere communities did not invent being a sfw little. Sfw littles who existed before or just exist outside of this corner of the internet use so called "kink" terms so it's really not fair to assume someone is a kinkster based on what term they use.

So maybe instead of expecting people to divulge private information about themselves, we can just identify our blogs as sfw or not and describe our littleness (if and only if we want to) more like therians and otherkin describe their nonhumanity, based on how constant or shifting the feeling is and whether it's something we do out of enjoyment or if it just kind of happens to us whether we want it or not. Not trying to set rules or anything but this is how I think of it.

Like I literally study sexuality, I can say with certainty that at LEAST 75%, probably more like 90%+ of ageplay littles also nonsexually age regress (as in, more frequently than the average human population).

It's also all so fascinating. Both people's personal experiences, and what they think OTHERS' experiences are.

Like I find there's also a judgy attitude in the sfw agere comm about people into ageplay or people who experience any sort of overlap between age regression and sexuality, and that judgement is kind of along the lines of "I'm not like those freaks. I'm more like a REAL child, which are never sexual."

Which. Lol what? Tons of kids are sexual. Little kids literally have to be taught that masturbation isn't an appropriate thing to do in public, and its very common for prepubescent children to engage sexually with each other. That's a completely normal and okay thing. (And this whole idea of Childhood Innocence is actually a really big societal issue that leads to child-on-child sexual assault, but that's a rant for another time.)

I am so very serious when I say that minors should have a legal and easily reinforceable right to say "I don't want to live with my parents (or other adult caretakers)/I don't want to be around that person/I don't want to go to that place" and actually get their wish accommodated. So much childhood trauma could be avoided or ended if children actually had the right to leave the situation or the person hurting them.
