After spring vacations Twyla starts to feel left behind, everyone seems to be so open and sociable. So she unconsciously makes a world in her dreams, a “perfect” world or at least that’s what she thinks. This nightmare land has a mind of its own and it starts to trap her real friends and even Twyla herself in it.
In this twisted land there are all kinds of weirds stuff, candy pirates, crazy clockworkers, smiling ghosts, spectral hatters, copycat twins, card arlequins, bubblebike riders and a cold and powerful chess queen. Twyla will have to confront her true self and feelings and with help of her close friend Sanja Dreamer, daughter of the sandman, save everybody leaving all like a bad dream.
