Working out on your fold forward, Use a block if you have. 1. Stand on it, bring your big toe over the block and point straight. 2. Stand tall, both hands on your waist, try to bring your chin up to help you to keep your spine straight. 3. Inhale, as you exhale by keeping the chin up slowly bring your body down folded. 4. Exhalation very slowly , at the same time try to bring your weight to ball of your toes. As your weight moving to front of your toes, make use the outside of your heels pressing the ground to open a space for your hips to pivot more and try to bring your tail bone toward the ceiling. 5. This way your heels, knees, hip bone in line from the side. Keep breathing. Take your time, and slowly. Do it on your pace, don't give up .
