Breaking news: Local Sufferer of the "You will be tired all the time" Disorder wakes up and finds out that All The Time includes Now
Shout out to folks with Adenomyosis!
NO KINGS! Be safe tomorrow 🇺🇸
One difference that I actually find very funny between The Forest and Sons of The Forest is that in The Forest you need a certain level of insanity to be able to start using the bodies of cannibals to make totems and more complex decorations.
Whereas in Sons of the Forest on day one you can put a stick and plant a head there, no insanity level, no need to get specific materials for it to work or not
It amuses me because it implies that while Eric LeBlanc has to reach a breaking point in his sanity to consider using bodies to make constructions, Jack Holt does it because he feels like it without any remorse. Sure, it's a whole passive defense mechanism against cannibals who approach the camp, but are you telling me that Jack woke up one day and said, "I'm going to impale the heads of my enemies to show them who's boss"?
And also sure, I know it has more to do with the building mechanics in The Forest being more rigid; you can't just put a stick in the ground and hang limbs on it. My point has more to do with the whole insanity mechanic and how it seems like Jack Holt just arrived on the island already being fucked up while Eric had to think about it a bit before reaching that point xd

I found this in Sons of the forest.
I think it might be a reference to Mathew?

How it feels knowing my favorite character won’t be the one under my Christmas tree
I've been taking sleeping pills for a few weeks now, since I have a hard time falling asleep because of academic stress. My dreams have a little weird to say the least.
Yesterday, I had a dream where I was sitting on my bed and talking to myself about Greek gods. And I accidentally misgendered the Greek god of love, Eros. I turned around to find a statue of him (as a baby with a bow and arrow) sitting on my drawer. I told him that I was sorry and asked him to close his eyes if he could forgive me. To which his face started contorting into what I can best describe as pure rage and anger. I knew something bad would happen to me, so I went downstairs, before I could completely walk down my stairs, a dog (smooth collie, tricolor) started chewing on my foot. I do not have a dog. I woke up and was crying.
Additional facts:
- I am extremely afraid of dogs.
- I have considered being a Hellenic Polytheist.
- statues freak me the fuck out.
If anyone here know what this dream could symbolise or mean, please tell me.
I. am. mortified.
