Gym...!!!Aerobics...!!!Stretching...!!!Healthy Eating...!!! They all were just existing as mere words around me few years back....I use to be that "The one fat girl" in my school..I was body shamed..I was considered to be the weakest at my home...I was confident enough to stand out of crowd but was not strong enough to fight with my weaknesses... People calling me fat was not a big deal for me but that fat bulges started making me feel more conscious about my body and hence I experienced a sudden fall in my confidence level too.. It was 6 months back when I made a resolution to get fit. So I joined a gym..The starting 4 months were full of ups and downs..My Body didn't accepted sudden changes...I fall ill...But I didn't give up on gym..By the end of the 3rd month I was again in hospital with the severe typhoid.. Again it was a break of around 2 week from the gym..But I am still continuing with my journey to be fit.. My motivation @pandey_hardik always push me and help me to reach my goal... Cardio assists me with weight loss and Weight Training helps in toning my body...Well it boosts my courage too.. Zumba, Yoga relieve the stress and keep me happy all day...
