Objects demonstrate attachments in many different ways (yet another example of how diverse they can be lol.) For instance, stacking is a universally-recognised display of attachment among objects. It’s a sign of mutual trust, bonding or allyship – the bottom supports the top since they trust them, while the top trusts the bottom to keep supporting them and stop them from falling. Of course, not all objects display attachments the same way (see Figure 2), but stacking is the most recognised as a symbol of fondness and affection.

The fifth image in Figure 1 is also a good illustration of how attachment must be mutual: stacking here doesn’t work because the top (Grassy) trusts the bottom (Pencil) to protect and support them. This feeling is not reciprocated; hence why there’s conflict.

Okay anyways. Astral objects are like pack animals :3 they live in organized groups with everyone having their own roles (ex: hunter, fighter, healer, leader). Imagine a warrior cats clan, and that’s the basic formula. Different groups keep to themselves and don’t like to stray out of their close-knit families. An astral object, like Black Hole, can choose to live on their own outside of any family group, but they are effectively exiled and cannot come back due to their lack of loyalty :3

Okay I have a theory. That (bfdi) object biology is dependant on their material. Cause needle and coiny were able to survive in the lava, and their limbs didn't even burn off like pin's did. They didn't even have to breathe. What if metal objects don't have to breathe? What if their limbs are made of the material of their bodies It would make sense, right? And maybe since they're mettalic they have greater resistance, like nickel getting bent out of shape. Book was like "how are you still alive". But maybe being made of metal means being malleable and being able to survive it?

back on limbs, we know that inanimate insanity objects have blood from fan in hospital. However they don't have hearts, so the limbs must have independant circulatory systems.

Bfdi object limbs can be attached and reattached at will, albiet painfully, and reattached and work the same. This must mean that bfdi object limbs also work independantly from their respective objects.

Object biology will be the death of me but I'll be damned before I give up on trying to solve it.

- objects don't have a skeleton outside of limbs, also they have fuzzy coat on them which is so fuzzy that you can't see their fingers

- default height of an object is approximately 60cm, aka 2ft

Object's range of height varies a lot, but in certain regions about 2ft is pretty average!

This is a PSA putting objects (and algebraliens) in solitary confinement when they do something bad is not a good idea and it does not rehabilitate them :( it only makes them sad and angry and resentful and more likely to act out because of their severe mistreatment! There are healthier ways to hold misbehaving objects accountable!

So make sure to check in on your objects (and your friends, and your object friends) to see if they are doing well and are getting a good amount of socialization so they can stay happy and healthy! :^)

Fact: all object show characters are little. Ignore canon ,canon is lying to you because they are TINY!!!! The tallest object show character wouldn’t even reach my knees I think. Liam hfjone would not be 5’7 David bfdi would not be 5 feet they are LITTLE.

That is my object fact, they are all tiny bugs and you could hold most of them in your hands
