Tag Directory
I am more familiar with the larger 3D titles. But rest assured that smaller titles will also be given their own tags if a post specifies them in a way that I can easily ID them.
All game that I can ID have their titles fully spelled for their tags.
Examples: #ocarina of time (or " #ocarina of time remake " for the new one) #majora's mask #twilight princess #wind waker #skyward sword #breath of the wild #tears of the kingdom #adventure of link " #original zelda 1986 " gets honored with "original" and date since just "legend of zelda" is too nebulous on a dedicated blog that is going to be full of body texts with the main title in them.
#multigame - Whenever multiple games are featured in the post in some way. Posts that contain more than one game but they all have the same Link in common rarely get this tag, e.g. BotW/Totk, or OoT/MM(/TP). The "#linked universe au" does get this tag though.
#au concepts - These are strictly for conceptual game ideas that have no direct connection to an existing game (at least judging by the OP's tags). AUs that are connected to an existing game get tagged with the existing game's title.
#analysis / #theories - These are generally text-only posts, though screencaps and videos may also appear.
#animation - Anything that involves fan-made animation or official concept work, including the animation being posted as gifs. Gifs and/or videos of gameplay do not count.
#audio - This is most likely to be Zelda music, official or fan-made, but it could be other things that are sound-only.
#comics - Art, official or fan-made, that's multi-paneled (2+).
#gif - What it says on the tin. This will often be cutscenes but direct gameplay can also qualify.
#gameplay - Also what it says on the tin. This is generally going to be videos or gifs.
#majorlink / #rwanlink - Two names in the fandom that are especially famous for their Youtube animations. This tag includes fanart of their creations.
General art, official or fan-made, does not have its own tag since the bulk of these posts feature it. But you might check the #highlight tag for some rare standouts. ;)
