Little sketches of angel dust my sister drew
I don't think it's hard to imagine that they didn't notice it, or if they did, they didn't think much of the drone. They kinda figured the Vees were spying on them... but then agains the Vees spy in everyone! What I'm curious about is what the hotel thinks the motive for their particular interest in them is. Could they be paying attention to Charlie because she's the princess? Are they spying on Angel because Valentino is pissed? Keeping an eye on Alastor because he's a huge threat? Some other reason!? I think it takes the hotel a good while for them to realize it's entirely because of Alastor and not for the reason they think.
I honestly have no idea cause they don't even like acknowledge it other than maybe alastor staring at the screen LMAOOOO. I wonder if they'll be able to figure out the vees' main interests in the hotel are angel dust and alastor. although of course, vox has many, many, many, many reasons to want to spy on them. many. but also one of the reasons he did give was to prevent alastor from making a deal with charlie (I have a bit of news for you regarding that sir). I am convinced it just became a hobby after that considering episode 8 though. btw the fact that he probably forced the other vees to focus specifically on alastor (since he most likely controls the drones LMAO) during the battle is so fucking funny, like let's not worry about whether val could lose a soul contract from this! fuck that! let's look at what alastor's doing!
Vox:watching because he despises Alastor and wants to know where he is.
Val:watching because angel dust lives there.
Vel: watching purely because the other 2 already sent an obscene amount of drones there and finds watching people fun.
genuinely one of the worst things that’s happened to television in the last few years (exacerbated by streaming services) is death of Filler. going from 20 episodes to 8 because “we didn’t really need that episode where the main characters went to the beach right? it had no long lasting effect” but we DID!!! we needed to see how they act without the Big Bad Plot and to establish the dynamics between the characters and lay in the sun (do they forget sunscreen? how do they react to a thieving seagull? do they get buried in the sand or do they do the burying?). the plot isn’t everything. the action doesn’t hit as hard without the quiet moments. give us character development and our little scenes back
This genuinely made me rethink my stance on filler, how,

This image looks like it was from an analogue horror
Very much inspired by that Valentine Pin-Up Alastor merch where the only significant change is him having his bow-tie unclipped.
Anyway, happy valentine day sike, it's Aro week and we are begrudgingly going on dates to help our friends with their heist.
Of course it was Vox
(also meme redraw while Alastor regrets trying to one-up Lucifer on that one)
I’ll be using this frame as a reaction image, it’s so good
Prediction for the rest of hazbin: Alastor slowly becomes the dad of everyone in the hotel.
Hes already got Charlie marked off the list
Since season 2 will be about the vees I could see him protecting and maybe even saving angel(probably with ulterior motives but still)
Hes already basically nifftys dad
Season 3: he becomes the annoying brother of Lucifer.
Alastor after season 1: All of your existences are confusing.
The whole hotel: How so?
Alastor: Your presence is annoying, but the thought of anything bad happening to any of you upsets me.
Alastor experiencing compassion is something I want to happen in the show so badly
I’m very curious of his prime.
HOW powerful was he? What other type of psychopathic maniac shit did he pull off? HOW EASY was it for him to simply make former overlords fall off their throne? How terrified the demons were and how they still retreat from the pure sight of him (the episode where he attended the meeting).
The “DO. NOT. FUCK. WITH. HIM.” on the poster. FUCK. I NEED TO KNOW PRIME ALASTOR!
Alastor Prime
Could part of alastor’s deal be that he got angelic power in exchange for his soul?
Let’s re-establish what we know about Alastor in relation to this theory
1. When he appeared in hell he began taking down overlords very quickly, which is odd and hasn’t happened before(that we know of)
2. He has sold his soul to someone and doesn’t want this to be known
3. When he was human he was a cannibal, and has a connection to voodoo and other such magics
My theory is: Alastor has some connection to angels and can use, in some limited capacity, angelic power. Not saying he is an angel, just that he has a connection to them.
To expand on this, it could be a type of energy like his black tendrils but much more taxing on him and his energy.
This explains how he was able to kill/ take down so many overlords when he first appears in hell. He had the power to kill them. This could also explain his 7 year absence. He had used too much of his power and had to hide while it was regained.
How did he get this power as a sinner? He sold his soul either while he was still human or as soon as he got to hell to someone connected to angels, maybe Lilith. In exchange he would do something for the buyer of his soul, what this is, I don’t know.
This also explains why he thought he could kill Adam when it was clear that only angelic power could kill angels. He had that power. But since it was very energy-intensive on him he might of planned to only use to deal the killing blow to Adam. But Adam proved to be a better fighter in open combat.
Also to prove that Alastor has an “energy” to his abilities, in the pilot after destroying sir pentious’ ship he is hungry, asking if anyone else wants some jambalaya.
