As for how to draw muscles... I usually just scream and hope for the best LOL
All jokes aside, I mainly learned by observing other's art as well as using anatomy charts to help understand how muscles are positioned and move.
I could make a tutorial myself, but the thing is I still struggle to draw multiple parts of the body so I'm not that confident to teach others about it dksfjgn
However, I can suggest seeking out one book that has been helping me a lot, though.
If you can manage to get your hands on "Anatomy for Sculptors" I'm sure it'll help you a lot. It genuinely helped me understand anatomy a lot.
But yeah, it's been mostly studying references in the end fkdjgn
