listened to level of concern by tøp for thirteen fucking hours today while i wrote edited and cited an essay on the impact of propaganda on citizens of the soviet union. im feeling a little insane.

thinking about vega jcc again. what are they up to.

something something obviously the roles aren't real representations of the characters, but vega does a REALLY good job of playing into the whole paranoid angle up until blackjack starts, in which she gets immediately -very- pragmatic about surviving. it's pretty subtle but also very at odds with their character in the rest of the game?? idk.

also their final words in the vick route being about the true nature of the show, which are abruptly cut off by the collar activating... hmm. also the fact that they repeatedly mention throughout the game that they want to be in front of a live audience to tell them something and that they did brief investigate work before they got arrested (for impeding on a federal investigation)... and that the ending they live is the one where you get the message from (who i'm assuming is c.d)..

ok how many different deaths are there at the end of blackjack??? bc i got sailor and sandbag dying on my playthrough but apparently another option was sandbag and vega dying, so im wondering if there was a vega/sailor death option and what the trigger choice for who died was.

what's interesting about kinger deleting caine is that when one of kinger's commands doesn't go through and is interpreted by the computer as a delete command (which kinger then denies) the computer immediately starts trying to strongarm kinger into deleting caine- it comes up with variations of the same delete y or n statement (even addressing kinger directly!) about four times before kinger finally misclicks.

even after he types in an abort statement for the previous command the computer still carries through with the delete statement. much to think about

it is my FIRM belief that if tda was ever adapted into a tv show (animated, obviously) that the livvy necromany scene with kit and ty should be set to achilles come down by gang of youths (and the larger vignettes leading up to the final battle). i can provide receipts to support this argument and i WILL at a moments notice trust

Kit is not the kiss and tell type. :) He clearly knows in TLKOF that he isn’t straight, and he mentions having kissed boys and girls in the past. He’s never really committed to anyone, though.

Okay, so ever since Cassie released that ‘who’s Irene’ snippet I’ve been wanting to draw kit on the train. Now that I’ve (kinda) finished it, I realise it never actually said they were on a train, that was just an assumption I made so this probably makes 0 sense within the context of the fandom, but I figure that we’re starved enough of content that ya’ll won’t mind.

i cant even bring myself to be disappointed with the finale or the complete lack of closure for mike or will, getting together or not. i'm just confused and slightly bewildered??

it's like they manufactured the perfect finale to make you feel a little bit satisfied, but also just confused and slightly annoyed enough to go "oh,,, alright??" and move on with your life. i kept feeling like more was going to happen and it just never did?

man i've been a fan of this show since i was 10 and the finale has somehow managed to kill any deep interest i had in the show as a whole. this is crazy. maybe i just need a couple of days but YIKES.
