Before and After: Was curious to find a picture from the last time I saw my NEU roommates and it was 2.5 years ago. Since then, I think @j.m.thornton and I have lost the equivalent of one regular sized @aschulman01. Amazing how things change but friendships stay the same.

Ok guys. One bummer of #vsg is the crazy amount of hair you lose. I am 4 months post-op tomorrow and the struggle is real. No amount of biotin has helped. Jumping on the #transformationtuesday bandwagon because holy crap. Photo on left is the morning of my #vsg surgery, the day after Christmas. On the right was Saturday. Less than 4 months out and I'm down almost 60 pounds (I lost almost 20 pre-op) and feeling stronger and healthier by the day. I walked 5 miles today and my feet, ankles and knees feel fine. I walked all over campus and didn't sweat at all. I have a long way to go but today I'm so grateful for my tool. Onward! #wls #nsv
