I've been trying something new with myself lately, since I'm waiting to be properly assessed for AHDH.

A strict routine with yoga, at least 10k steps every day, pilates, drinking enough water to function, work, skin care and overall a lot of self-care.

I still barely eat one meal a day, but why do the voices in my head yearn to fast and run on sugarfree red bull and thin air?

So annoying.
