No but it's so funny that from Luke's point of view in season 1, Annabeth and Percy couldn't stand each other one day, and the next week, she picks Percy over him (and camp over Kronos but we are talking from his point of view) with, only vague reference to "Monday you died in the river, and Medusa was on Saturday".

What does he think happened on this quest ??

obsessedddd with the "i'll save you from the pirates line" bc whyyy did he say that?? he could've said literally anything else 😭 "now look who we have here", "where do you think you're going" or "you're not going anywhere" or idkk whateveeer people usually say in those situations?? especially bc the scene then just immediately jumps to her being tied to the tree? like if they had made him like try to deceive her by pretending to help her and then lure her in to capture her (which would have not worked on katara lmao) then the line would've made sense in that situation but no zuko just said it bc he was feeling flirty for a second lmaooo

when I say I ship Thaluke I mean it in the way I ship Anidala or Rhaenicent or tfp Megop or Timebomb. It's either A: I imagine them getting a happy ending in a "nothing bad happened" au or B: they used to be in love but now all they have left are yearning looks from across the battlefield, there is no way this story can have a happy ending, not after everything that happened
