So I definitely head cannon CT and the insurrectionist leader( do we even know his name?) as previous ONI agents,

Connie is so secretive and knew how to acquire the AI information from project freelancer so it makes sense.

I also feel that if she was that secretive she wouldn’t have trusted someone she wasn’t well acquainted with, especially someone in a leadership position so? The insurrectionists also were quite good at acquiring information and getting a hold of valuable assets like the staff of Charon.  I feel like they could have been cadets together.
