Read a little bit of Quran every day. Start off small, like 10 minutes. Or even ONE verse per day! Remember that the Quran will bear witness either for or against us on the Day of Judgement. If you struggle to read, Allah will give you twice the reward.

i also think intelligence is way too glorified and its seen as like the pinnacle of human worth when traits like compassion and goodness factor way more into our actual decisions+interactions
