Headshot test, I have been trying to get better with colors so here we go a headshot test ♥

Step by step I've been trying my best to get better, I've tried copying others, I've tried tracing, I've tried steps for step drawings, tutorials. In the end nothing really did it for me, I started disliking drawing, I started almost hating it. It was a part of my day to day at school so trying to hard to improve at home, just made it worse. I decided to go back to what made me start drawing, what inspired me and why I could sit for hours and do it before. The child like eager grew as I started to plan my own next drawing, this drawing was just for me. I part of my little universe that I will slowly, get slowly make. This here is the newest addition to my little family of own characters, I name him Ezra. not quite sure what he is, but I sure had a whole bunch of fun drawing him. Here ofc is the picture you have waited for along with some progress pictures. [IMG=A6N] I want you all to know a little about my thoughts while making this. I had noticed my art were getting a little boring, the head position were very much the same... I needed a challengeC I studied a few other art pieces and started sketching on my own once I felt inspired. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but not quite sure how I were to get the result. The pose and the sketch didn't take too long, line work and minor detailing was also rather quick. But deciding on the colors and fur pattern became sort of a challenge  in the end I am honestly quite happy with the result. I even tried something I had never done before, which was to paint over the lines and give it a painted look. I'm fairly sure I did well but man it really pushed me this time.

My art is my adventure, my little story and my pride. In many ways my art is a huge part of me, it's my way to show you a little piece of myself. So I though back to when I were a kid, what did I draw and why? Mostly I drew monsters and warriors, and I had so much fun! I realized that the pressure I put on myself, everything was supposed to be so perfect... it all stoped me from having fun. So I have decided to draw, and draw I have for myself. I draw to have fun, make my own little world, my own story, own characters. Nothing will look perfect, but everything is a little piece of me❤️ For ever piece I wanna be able to look back at and say "I did this, and I did my best" but I always wanna be able to say "I've finally come this far! I can go further!" I have goals and I have dreams. So I will work everyday, I will work for me and who I wanna become, and maybe one day someone will like what I make, and one day someone might wanna buy something. But for now, and forever I will draw for my joy and never to please anyone else ❤️
