If this was a normal romance Daniel saying "prove it" would prompt Armand to kiss him like he means it but because this is a weird freak4freak dynamic Armand just started listing out all the different times he stalked Daniel over 52 years. And Daniel being the freak he is actually looked moved by that confession.

TC and Lestat’s relationship is so important to me. She gives him shit when he’s being pretentious. She pitches new songs and he builds off what she’s offering instead of shutting her down. She’s concerned about him burning in the sun but goes along with his crazy schemes. She hates Gabriella on his behalf (Yoko Mirren killed me lmao). Where Alex and Salamander worship him and Larry hates him, TC treats him basically like an older brother. In the TVL songs where Lestat is at his most vulnerable it’s her voice that rises above the music to support him, to the point that she’s essentially the voice of Claudia in Stained Glass Eyes. She’s not enough to save him from himself, of course, but she’s the beating heart of the band. How apt for a drummer.

Theory— Larry and Alex call Lestat “Singer” because before they knew he was a real vampire they thought he was just really committing to the bit going by Lestat 24/7 and not telling them his “real” name and they thought he was being really pretentious and refused to play along
