"The Emotion Challenge"

"You cry, if it's needed" because it is one way of releasing your hard emotion rather than releasing your bad emotion into a harsh things that can hurt anyone.   

"Write your problem in a sheet of paper then crumple it, throw it as far as you can or burn the paper like you want your feelings turn into ashes". 

To manage your emotion is like handling your feelings,  it is important to release one's emotion to free yourself from anything but be sure you don't hurt someone.

THIS WORKS FOR ME!

Well everyone of us have a stress but then we always find ways to cope up with it and try to boost up our self. So for me I only listen to music or give time to myself like eating or to fulfill my bucket list. Because according to the theory of Lazarus "what matters us not what event occurs, but how we perceive and interpret that event" so, we must know how to manage ourselves especially in stress.

To receive a certificate in fulfilling my junior high is a big achievement for me. Being a flight attendant is one of my goal in life, but I know it's not that easy but everyone of us has our own dreams and fulfillment in life. I've already face lot of challenges in life and I am ready to take my next stepping stone in life! Aja!

“Expectation”

Talking about expectations, it would be so pressure if it is came from your parents. But then, I feel so lucky because my parents didn't expect high from me, I don't know why, maybe they don't want to have a conflict between our relationship. They all want from is to reach my dream and have a good life living when they leave this world sooner. Im so glad that they don't expect lot from me, and I'm so happy that they always support me besides of my failures.

This is my mandala!

 My mandala represents myself, as can you see to the mandala it seems that its hard to distinguish where you must start, it's like my personality, so hard do be with because I'm kind of a "maldita" but then there is a way to put things in a right place, such as the assigned color of the mandala, my personalities depend on how the person and the situation treat me!

Well basically I must start with my name, I'm Glysdi U. Hatague, 16 years of age, was born in the month of September, studying at LaSalle Academy, having my senior high school life.

My hobby is sleeping, eating and sitting  I’m kind of a girl who's easily to understand with, I’m addicted with parokya ni Edgar's song and I love reading poems.

When it comes to attitude, I admit that I'm kind of bipolar girl, easily get jealous, selfish to those thing that must not shared. Anyone has own differences!
