Companies often seek graphic designers skilled in After Effects, but it’s not for static design it’s for:

* Motion Graphics (animations/transitions)

* Visual Effects (explosions, weather, green screens)

* 2D/3D Animation (text to complex scenes)

Why do companies want both skills?

- Static + animated content = essential for digital campaigns.

- Hiring one versatile designer (static + motion) is cheaper than two specialists.

Designers perspective is different maybe they get job faster but designers struggle to master Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, etc., all at once. But companies (especially startups) prioritize cost-efficiency over specialization.
