Rare Wonders

We were currently at a beach house, since school doesn’t start in a week we thought we could use this long weekend to unwind. 

I just came out of the shower when my phone buzzed.

I got a message from my cousin, Steph, she was telling me that she had two extra tickets for Selena’s concert. I wasn’t really a fan but it wouldn’t hurt to watch especially since it was free. Though I was unsure if my parents would allow me and my sister since we were still in the province, which was 2-3 hours away from where the concert will be held, but surprisingly they agreed despite the thought that maybe they’d be too tired from the long weekend and the long drive ahead. 

These things almost never happen. It was so unlike my mom to agree and to think that my sister had school the following day and she still had unfinished homework is crazy.

So I did only any other fan would do, I sung at the top of my lungs (to songs I only knew the lyrics to, of course.) Danced like I was not stressing about how I’m going to start college in a week and just letting everything go since this would probably be my last summer in a while (I meant in 5 years) 

To say that I didn’t enjoy the concert would be an understatement - IT WAS LIT.

Road Trip: Puerto Azul-Pico de Loro, PH

Finished the Freshmen Orientation for College of Architecture in UST at around 12:00pm and went straight home to make sure I didn’t miss anything and was ready for the trip. I took a pic of dad behind the wheel as we were heading to our first destination, Puerto Azul, to meet up with our cousins.

We had so much useless magazines lying around the house and I enjoyed the feel of the sign pen on my hand so I started outlining these women I passed as I was skimming through the pages.
