Stuffed pepper and Mexican rice for dinner.
Yeah so I kind of put on 2lbs this week. I blame the wine on Saturday night which left me feeling like death on Sunday. Drawing a line under it and this week will be better. Especially since I'm going to start working out this week. I will be fit and toned in 6 months time!
I’ve been finding it really hard to stay motivated with my healthy eating / weight loose. I seem to be really good one week and then the next week I fall completely off the band wagon and eat everything in sight. I joined slimming world around the end off October and I can’t get past the half stone mark! I need my jaw wired shut! And a good kick up the ass! Someone make me be fit and healthy!
This is exactly how I feel
Wearing a dress that's slightly too small is doing wonders for my abs. Having to engage my core in order to avoid unsightly bulges feels like more of a work out than 100's of sit ups!
Fake donner kebab for dinner tonight and it was amazing.
Slimming World Week 6 Day 2 Magic porridge for breakfast today with plums and a banana. Pea and ham soup again for lunch with the salad I took yesterday and then a kiwi and orange for snacking purposes.
Food for work today: fat free yogurt with plums and a banana for breakfast, pea and ham soup with a kiwi for lunch and then a salad and another yogurt for this afternoon. Have also chucked an alpen light bar in the bag in case I'm hungry on the train home.
4 Weeks
That's how long I've got till I start my new job. Its also the same amount of time my introductory fitness blender workout is. Do we see a theme emerging here? Time to get myself sorted.
