i have gotten in a mood of reading old bucky barnes fics and i have such a strong urge to write something short with bucky in it. life has been kinda shit lately and i have not been keeping up with f1 (lol)

idk, maybe writing something will distract me from whatever i am going thru

if you weren’t on this website last year, i cannot describe to you how absolutely insane being a lando fan felt. literally almost every other week someone would run a “who will win the championship” poll and you’d vote for lando and see he had like 3% of the vote and stare blankly into space. then you’d scroll to try to forget about it and find a new person you once followed who was neutral about lando suddenly hates him and thinks he’s incompetent. then lando would say things like “the championship won’t matter when we’re dead.” and you’d have to just reblog pictures of lando and live for the hope of it all.

It's so sad someone is accused of using AI. I followed all the way back when you started the series of fic, with the reader being Sebastian Vettel's partner and being like the Mom of the grid. I loved your fic since it's so sad. Someone accused you of this when it shows how much time and effort you put in your work, like so many other authors who have been accused of the same. But don't listen to those who follow you know the truth, and we cherish every time you post something new <3

Thank you so much! I’ve seen this “witch hunt” targeted at writers on multiple social media platforms now, and it just makes me sad. We did it first! Generative AI was trained on our writing! Something that “sounds AI” likely just sounds like it was written by somehow who has been reading and/or writing fanfics for a while.

If it continues, I’m worried it will get to a point where writers will simply stop posting. Because what do I get out of this other than being able to share my work with people who enjoy it? I pour so much time and love and energy into writing for free! Painting a target on writers’ backs will not end well, and I hope it never gets to that point.

looking back on this season, there is not enough focus on how fucking weird it’s been. alex albon ragebaited george russell into a drive through penalty. nico hulkenberg has more podiums than lewis hamilton. ollie bearman’s picked up so many penalty points solely for red flag infringements that he’s at risk of a race ban. there was a race where the rookies’ cars started spontaneously dying. max verstappen got pissed off and drove into the side of someone. we had two driver swaps in the first 7 races. yuki tsunoda’s front wing randomly fell apart in the middle of a race. franco colapinto ignored team orders for p17. ferrari had team orders drama in 2 of the first 6 races except it only mattered in one because they both got disqualified from the other.

simon cowell making a new boy band is actually so dangerous.

because he has been extremely outspoken about his “mistakes” he made with one direction, in terms of letting them legally own the name and rights, and that after they all turned 18+ and had a hit a certain point in their career then management couldn’t be AS strict/harsh with them.

simon has 100% learned from these “mistakes” and if we know one direction was toxic, imagine the hell these new boys are about to be put through.
