I have never liked her, and now I feel like we need to be friends.
How do those of you with relatively physically demanding jobs and busy schedules find time to exercise? Right now I’m working as a preschool teacher at a daycare and spend my days walking around, running around, lifting 2-5 year olds, some of whom are HUGE for their age or just ultra-dense little humans and by the time I factor in my commute time, I’m gone about 10-11 hours of the day. I’ve been trying to work in some yoga during nap time, but it can get awkward when the kids are awake. How do those of you with similar schedules work in exercise with schedules/jobs like this?
