I'm starting to come to the realization that I'm a very sad, disappointing girl. When someone ask me how I'm doing, I always say I'm doing fine but really I'm not fine and I'm doing shitty but I can't say I'm doing shitty because then they'll ask "Why are you doing shitty?" When really I don't know why myself. And if I try to say I'm doing shitty, it just feels like I'm putting pressure on everyone around me.

It never gets easier and it always gets worse, people told me that when I am sober, taking my anti depressives, doing everything right that I'll feel much happier when reality I feel like I'm crumbling and nothing will ever get better.
