hi i was gonna add this in the tags but tumblr mobile is fucked badly right now. so anyways. the color of the green stripe suggests eclogite or greenschist! the host rock looks to be a granite or other igneous material(i can see what seems to be quartz(the reddish part is very hard to ID), possibly some very red ortjoclase feldspar, and a black min that could be hornblende or biotite mica! pattern suggests igneous). i would lean towards eclogite since greenschist is metamorphic, and i could see eclogite bubbling up and expanding into cracks left by some crumbly granite! xoxo have a good day
big juicy smooch for those of you who answered hheeehehehhehee thank you this is delightful :3
I wanna see everyday rocks people find cool⦠Unfortunately I do not care much for crystals and gems⦠I am lost on what hashtags n such to search for these things.
I am determined to find a little sea critter fossil. I spend most of my time swimming around looking at pebbles though. Iāll find one someday TRUST ā¼ļøš
Iām very curious about the green stripe. Any ideas what it could be or how it formed? Nerd out on me. I would lovelovelove to learn something!!1!!!!!1!
